My mu\u017e m\u00e1me oproti \u017een\u00e1m obrovskou v\u00fdhodu, \u017ee m\u00e1me daleko rychlej\u0161\u00ed spalov\u00e1n\u00ed, a proto je \u010das toho \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edt. Nau\u010dte se pravideln\u011b za\u010d\u00edt j\u00edst, ale tak\u00e9 i sn\u00eddat. Rozvrhn\u011bte si do cel\u00e9ho dne pauzu na j\u00eddlo a po pr\u00e1ci nebo p\u0159ed prac\u00ed za\u0159a\u010fte pohyb.Kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 proch\u00e1zky v\u00e1m ud\u011blaj\u00ed dob\u0159e jak po fyzick\u00e9 tak i po psychick\u00e9 str\u00e1nce.
